4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating professional headshots. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

You agree not to use PhotoCV for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes on others' rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Credits and Payments

Some features require credits that can be purchased within the application. All purchases are processed through our payment partners and are subject to their respective terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhotoCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
